Dr Yu Mo is an Honorary Research Associate at the Environmental Change Institute, University of Oxford. Yu received her PhD from the University of Maryland, College Park, USA.

Yu’s broad area of research is global ecosystem dynamics. Her current focus of research is the resilience of coastal urban-nature systems against hurricane. Highlights of her research include using satellite-based observations to study long-term, large-scale ecosystem changes related to climatic and anthropogenic impacts.
